BTTRSNC LLC - Studio Terms & Conditions

Welcome to BTTRSNC LLC. By accessing and using our services, website, and content, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by BTTRSNC LLC, including but not limited to recording, mixing, mastering, production, artist development, live events, and multimedia services.
1.2 BTTRSNC LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.

2. Booking & Payments

2.1 Booking Process: All services require a completed service inquiry form. Availability is confirmed after review.
2.2 Deposits: A 50% deposit is required for studio sessions, mixing/mastering, and production services. Deposits are non-refundable.
2.3 Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before the final delivery of your project. For live sessions, full payment is required before the session starts.
2.4 Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, and bank transfers.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

3.1 Studio Sessions:

• Cancellations made 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled once without losing the deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  3.2 Mixing & Mastering:

• Once work has begun, cancellations will not result in refunds. However, we will provide revisions as outlined in Section 6.
  3.3 Live Events & Booking:

• Event deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable under certain circumstances.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Clients must provide high-quality, properly labeled audio files for mixing/mastering. BTTRSNC LLC is not responsible for poor-quality recordings.
4.2 Clients must arrive on time for studio sessions. Late arrivals do not extend the session time.
4.3 Clients are responsible for backing up their files. BTTRSNC LLC is not liable for lost project files after final delivery.

5. Rights & Ownership

5.1 Recording & Production:

• Clients retain full rights to their recorded vocals and performances.

• If beats or production are provided by BTTRSNC LLC, a separate licensing agreement may apply.
  5.2 Mixing & Mastering:

• BTTRSNC LLC retains the right to use mixed/mastered projects for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed.
  5.3 Songwriting & Collaboration:

• Any songwriting or vocal arrangement services provided may include a royalty split based on industry standards.

6. Revisions & Turnaround

6.1 Mixing & Mastering includes two (2) free revisions. Additional revisions are subject to an extra fee.
6.2 Revisions must be requested within 5 days of receiving the first draft. Delays in providing feedback may impact turnaround times.

7. Live Events & Performance Terms

7.1 Artists booking live performances must provide necessary files, rider requests, and promo materials at least 7 days in advance.
7.2 No-shows or last-minute cancellations may impact future booking opportunities with BTTRSNC LLC.

8. Liability & Indemnification

8.1 BTTRSNC LLC is not responsible for personal belongings left in the studio or at events.
8.2 Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless BTTRSNC LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from misuse of services.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

9.1 We respect client privacy and do not share personal information or unreleased projects without permission.
9.2 Clients are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other artists and staff within BTTRSNC spaces.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication.
10.2 If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through mediation in [Your Business Location].
